(D) How Do I Import Pricing Information?

Follow

[You can access the Bulk Imports Screen by selecting 'Bulk Imports']

The Bulk Imports Screen allows you to export your existing SKUs from RepricerExpress, edit the details and import them back into the system. If you are dealing with a large number of products then this is the fastest and most efficient way of adding or editing your Min Max prices or fixed prices.

NB. You will need to have a spreadsheet program (Ie, Microsoft Excel) to use this feature.

Download Your Prices:
You start the download process by downloading a list of your existing products with their existing data. There are several ways you can download your list, select the 'Download Template' Dropdown to choose which best suits you.

Needs Min/Max:
Download a list of your SKUs without Min/Max prices so you can add them easily
Set Min/Max Price (All SKUs): Download a full list of your SKUs with their current Min/Max to update them
Set Fixed Price (All SKUs): Download a full list of your SKUs to add Fixed Price rather than reprice

NB. Find more information on the templates themselves below.

Update your Updated Prices:

Once you have updated your file select the Report type you downloaded from the 'Update your updated Prices' dropdown and select your file. At this stage your report will be imported into RepricerExpress and your new prices and settings applied.
