(U) How Do I Set Amazon Account & Pricing Settings?

Follow

[You can access the Amazon Settings Screen by selecting 'Pricing Settings' then 'Amazon Settings' on your menu bar]

The Amazon Settings Screen allows you to set and edit your account options which link your RepricerExpress account to Amazon and let you control how your Pricing Tool will work. The screen is split into three tabs.

Account Settings:
The Account Settings tab allows you to update or change the details that link RepricerExpress to Amazon. You shouldn't need to change these settings after you have setup your account in the first place.

Pricing Rules:
The pricing rules tab allows you to set your pricing rule(s) up for your account. There are two types of pricing rules available, normally we would recommend using the 'Basic' option.

The Basic Rules have two settings. This rule will be applied across all of your products and use the Min/Max given on each of your products. Find more details on each rule below,

Setting 1: This setting will be used if the cheapest Seller (Above your minimum) is Amazon or an FBA Seller. You will beat them by a set value either / or a percentage.
Setting 2: This setting will be used if the cheapest Seller (Above your minimum) is normal marketplace seller. You will beat them by a set value either / or a percentage.

The Advanced Rules have,

1. Beat Amazon/Fulfilled by Amazon by: This setting is the same as Setting 1 in Basic Rules.
2. Beat Competitor by: This setting is the same as Setting 2 in Basic Rules.
3. Min.Sale Price is Min.Price Plus: Setting 3 allows you to edit your Minimum Price. It takes your products existing Min and add a value or percentage to it.
4. Max.Sale Price is Max.Price Plus: Setting 4 allows you to edit your Maximum Price. It takes your products existing Max and add a value or percentage to it.

The advanced settings can be useful if you want to have a higher Min/Max for foreign marketplaces or different rules for different products. You can apply a rule to a product through a Bulk Import.

NB. Find a more detailed explanation of the pricing rules here.
NB. To price higher than a competitor put a minus before your value or percentage

Price Check Settings:

The Price Check Settings Screen allows you to fine tune your Pricing Settings, schedule how often it rules and make requests for new pricing tools.

Best Price: Best Price (if set to 'Yes') allows you to compete with the cheapest seller that is above your minimum - when you can't compete with the cheapest or other lower priced sellers. So you 'beat' the first seller that is above your minimum by the value in your pricing rule(s). If you set Best Price to 'No' then you will be listed at your minimum when you can't compete with the cheapest seller.
Compete with FBA only: Set this option to Yes if you only want to compete with FBA sellers. If this option is selected you will ignore all sellers who are not Amazon or FBA.
Schedule Information: Use this option to schedule when your pricing tool will start and how often it will run.
Refresh Postage Cache: If you change your postage rates on Amazon you will need to click this button as the Pricing tool saves your postage rates automatically.
Virtual Repricing Plans: If you would like to request a 24/7 virtual server to run your pricing tool click here to request it. Note, virtual servers do have an extra charge per month.

NB. If you put your Amazon Account into 'Holiday Mode' then we will be unable to reprice or gather postage cache for your products

If you want multiple pricing engines for faster repricing - we can set this up also as part of the hosted repricer solution. Contact Support@RepricerExpress.com if you need more information on this feature.
